Advanced Clinical Engineering Workshops (ACEWs)
The ACCE has been conducting these workshops for the past ten years, and each year the demand for them has been increasing. Their purpose is to provide an educational forum whereby clinical engineers and related health professionals in other countries can be introduced to the clinical engineering management systems and working methods practiced in the U.S. , and to exchange information and ideas pertinent to clinical engineering in that country. The workshops also provide an opportunity for engineers in the host country to learn about the ACCE and become members.

The workshop faculty is comprised of volunteers from the ACCE membership, and interested members are encouraged to volunteer. Travel expenses are covered by the workshop fee, which is variable depending on the particular content requirements as worked out between the ACCE and the host country. Please contact Frank Painter (see below) to be considered for the faculty, or for more information.
